Types of Xero plans

As a Silver Xero Champion Partner we can offer both Standard and Partner Only plans to our clients.

Standard plan

The Standard plan is all you would expect from accounts software incorporating a full suite of ledgers with the ability to send invoices and quotes, enter purchase invoices, reconcile bank transactions, submit VAT returns to HMRC, capture bills and receipts with Dext, and have full visibility of your profit and loss account and balance sheet.

 

There is also a starter plan for businesses which have less than 20 sales invoices in the month.

 

"Cashbook only" Partner plan

For either VAT or non-VAT registered businesses, this plan is very popular with our clients and acts as an automated cash book where you analyse the bank transactions that are automatically imported from your bank account.


You can still capture bills and receipts with Dext, but you just will not be able to send sales invoices and monitor paid and unpaid sales and purchase invoices via a separate sales and purchase ledger. You will still have full visibility of your profit and loss account and balance sheet just like the standard package though.
